01 · Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this website, enrolling in any course or program, purchasing any service, or submitting any form hosted by Susan Marrufo / SAMARASA ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
02 · Services Offered
We offer the following educational and coaching services:
Online courses and programs (self-paced and cohort-based) · Inquiry Circles and group sessions · One-on-one private coaching and mentorship · In-person and virtual retreats · Free introductory resources and lead materials
All services are educational and informational in nature. They are not a substitute for professional mental health treatment, medical advice, or psychotherapy.
03 · Payment & Refund Policy
All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is due at the time of enrollment or as stated at checkout.
Refund requests must be made in writing to [email protected] within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not yet accessed more than 20% of the course or program content. Retreat deposits and one-on-one coaching packages are non-refundable once confirmed, unless we cancel or reschedule. We reserve the right to make exceptions at our discretion.
04 · Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including course materials, videos, audio recordings, written materials, worksheets, and imagery — is the intellectual property of Susan Marrufo / SAMARASA and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, or sell any content without prior written permission.
Personal use of materials for your own self-inquiry practice is encouraged. Teaching or facilitating others using our proprietary frameworks requires a separate licensing or certification agreement.
05 · Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is." While we bring care, expertise, and genuine intention to everything we offer, we make no guarantees about specific outcomes, results, or transformation. Self-inquiry and inner work unfold uniquely for each person.
Susan Marrufo is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, or medical professional. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please seek support from a qualified professional.
06 · Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Susan Marrufo / SAMARASA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service at issue.
07 · Code of Conduct
You agree to engage with our community — in group programs, retreats, and online spaces — with respect, honesty, and care. We reserve the right to remove any participant from a program or community without refund if their conduct is harmful, disruptive, or violates these terms.
08 · Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
09 · Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Berkshire County, Massachusetts.
